The World Trade Center

I had been living near New York City for only a little over a month when I headed out to class at about 9:20am on September 11th. Seeing a number of people standing around in the street gazing to the East, I turned to see what the object of their attention was. Of course, when I turned, I saw the trade towers engulfed in flames. Only after listening to those around me did I begin to realize the scope of what had happened. These pictures document the world trade towers through my eyes during the short time I lived near NYC before their destruction.
